ESG Strategy

We have built a three-tier governance structure of “decision-management-execution,” continuously improved ESG systems, integrated ESG into the company’s business management system, implemented ESG responsibilities at all levels, and continuously improved ESG performance.

  • Build an efficient and standardized corporate governance framework, continuously improve the compliance management mechanism, deepen risk management, and enhance governance effectiveness and management efficiency, so as to consolidate the foundation of the company’s development through sound governance.
  • Comply with business ethics codes and conduct standards, strengthen risk management capabilities, guard against internal and external corruption risks, and oppose unfair competition.
  • Integrate sustainability management comprehensively into the company’s full business process, focusing on long-term value creation.

  • Achieve a 100% utilization rate of renewable energy electricity and realize carbon neutrality in the company’s operations (Scope 1 and Scope 2) by 2050 .
  • Peak carbon emissions in company operations (Scope 1 and Scope 2) by 2030.
  • Reduce carbon emissions of key suppliers by more than 10% by 2030 compared with 2025.
  • Strive to reduce the emission intensity of wastewater and exhaust gas and the generation intensity of industrial solid waste by more than 3% by 2028 compared with 2025.
  • Maintain industrial water reuse rate ≥ 96% and total loss rate ＜ 5%.
  • 100% compliance rate for environmental monitoring of wastewater, exhaust gas and noise.
  • Zero general-and-above environmental pollution incidents.
  • Comprehensive utilization rate of general industrial solid waste ≥ 95%.
  • 100% compliant utilization and disposal rate of hazardous waste.
  • 100% of production-based operating sites certified under the environmental management system.
  • Actively invest in the development and application of clean technologies, and design and manufacture green, low-carbon products.

  • With the customer as the No. 1 core, pursue zero defects in design, components and manufacturing, and achieve the 10001 quality goal through one complete and unified quality management system.
  • 100% of production-based operating sites certified under the quality management system, hazardous substance process management system, information security management system, road vehicle cybersecurity management system, and occupational health and safety management system.
  • Established a supply chain management center and a supplier quality management (SQM) department, deeply incorporating the low-carbon transformation strategy into full lifecycle management.
